The PUS proposes to hold a short meeting at 2.45 on Monday 4 July to discuss the questions about the management of dependent territories affairs, and the staffing of dependent territories posts,raised in:

(a) Mr Posnett's minute of 6 April to him; and

(b) Mr Stewart's paper "Staffing the Dependent

Territories in the 1980's", submitted on 22 June.

He would be grateful if all those to whom this minute is addressed could attend, and I would be grateful if anyone for whom attendance at the time chosen would cause diffi- culties could let me know.
