1. The legal division of the corps of specialists has a maximum quota of 2. This is currently filled Mr Barwick is A. G. Cayman and Mr Daniel on assignment in Singapore. Mr Daniel will probably terminate his appointment at the end of this year. Mr Greenwood is away at the moment so I cannot answer your question with any certainty. However, he is well acquainted with the corps of specialists and its quota and I would have thought that he would have borne that matter in mind in his minute of 15 June.
