We have no views on the matters raised as we cannot really consider ourselves a neighbouring territory of any of the dependencies listed in the schedule.

3. For recently independent territories, it is assumed that requests for expatriate staffing will be channelled by the appropriate High Commissioner to the relevant geographical department of the FCO. Tuvalu is likely to need an expatriate Attorney-General well into the 1980s.
