there is a good case for giving our Governors an allowance to help them make good their residencies. I am sure DevDiv would be able to advise on how much this allowance should be. As regards leave passages I am strongly of the opinion that we ought at all times to pay for our Governors' travel between the territory and the United Kingdom despite the provision of Colonial Regulation no 8.
