With reference to my telephone conversation with Mr. Mallet this morning and the telex of 25 November received by you from Hong Kong, I should be grateful if you could send a telex to the Director of Immigration Hong Kong giving the following information:

"Regarding first group of refugees travelling to the U.K. 9 December, Flight BA 881, arrangements for their reception are as follows:

10 persons will go direct into the care of Ockenden Venture to their hostel in Haslemere, Surrey, as they had already been interviewed in Hong Kong by David Taylor for Ockenden Venture. They are:
