Investigations including surprise checks by my

staff on the occupants of Rooms 408-410 revealed that all the twelve persons recorded on the tenancy card of ir. CHO's tenancy are living there.

In view of the above, it appears to me that the rooms in question are properly occupied in accordance with the Housing Authority's current rules.
