Now we really seem to be getting somewhere on the rape case in

You have now established that such a report was made, and that it was a false report confirms in my mind how it was "fixed" with by police. I am amazed that you are. so naive as not to see through this - it always amazes me that the Government tries to paint me äs ́ a naivë person, when it is in fact in the Government's interests for civil servants to play

naive.

May I now ask you two questions, and may I ask for direct answers: 1. Did anyone in your Department interview the girl and her parents to

establish the truth of the tale, or did you accept the police word again? 2. Would you give me the address of the persons concerned so that I may

make my own investigations. It is my duty, you know. to do my case to the best of my ability, and that case involves an innocent little child and her innocent little baby.

I promise you that I will not give in until I know the whole truth quite the contrary to what the Government would always like the public to believe about me, that I speak without the facts.

I depend upon you to see that justice is done.
