A further report shows that on being found and questioned the girl denied having any improper relationship with but told the story of having alleged to her parents that she had had sexual intercourse with this man in order to persuade them to allow her to marry him. In the circumstances there was no criminal allegation by the complainant and the report was not transferred to the crime report books.
