Consideration is being given to releasing Dodwells Ridge Camp
by mid 1976 and the total release of Shamshuipo Camp at the earliest
date after 1978. In addition other small areas of Victoria Barracks
are being considered if suitable reprovision can be agreed with the
Hong Kong Government outside the successor Defence Cost Agreement.
