As far as Hong Kong is concerned, we have no record in our files of the Agreement at No 3 in your list of unpublished UK/US Agreements affecting the Colony. On Seychelles, there is a published UK/US Agreement on the US Satellite Tracking Station on Mahe (command 3232). This is not strictly a military assistance agreement but the station is a US AF facility. On the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT), the Agreement setting this up is recorded in your list but we understand that there are also two unpublished arrangements linked with this Agreement (an Agreed Minute and a Financial Arrangement). The Agreement on Diego Garcia is also mentioned

in your list but we understand that this also has an unpublished arrangement arising from it; an RN/USN Supplementary Arrangement.
