copies of the Report on the ILO/NORAD Asian Regional Seminar on Social Security, National Economy and Planning, which was organised and conducted by the International Labour Office in collaboration with the Norwegian Agency for International Development (NORAD) and the Government

of the Philippines, in Quezon City from 30 September to 12 October 1974, for participants from various countries of the Asian region (document ILO/TF/AFE/R. 25).

I should be most grateful if you would be good enough to transmit one copy of the report to each of the participants from your country who attended this seminar. The list of participants appears in Annex 2, page 202, of the report.

I sincerely hope that the report will be of interest to your Government and that it will prove useful in connection with problems concerning social security, national economy and planning in your country.
