The Governor has also asked to call on Mr Ennals, should Mr Ennals not be present on some other occasion. He would also like to see Mr McNally. On the whole I think it would be more convenient if both Mr Ennals and Mr McNally were present either at Lord Goronwy-Roberts's meeting or at the Secretary of State's, assuming this takes place.
