As you know, the Governor of Hong Kong is to call on Lord Corony-Roberts at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 2 December. Besides the Minister and the Governor, those attending the meeting will be wir Duncan Watson, Mr Larmour, Hr Male, Mr O'Keeffe,

Mr Martin (FED) and Mr Milton. Mr Janvrin will take the record. Hr Hurst, Deputy Overseas Labour Adviser, may also attend for the

labour items.

The items for inclusion in the Agenda have already been agreed but we have not been able to consult the Governor who arrives on Sunday and may have suggestions to make. I recommend that they be taken in the following order:
