Heseltine, Buckingham Palace are now planning on an arrival in Hong Kong early Saturday 3 May from Jamaica with a view to the party being able to rest for 24 hours before

undertaking engagements on Sunday 4 Mey, Monday 5 May and

Tuesday 6 May. If the AR Japanese authorities are agreeable to a late evening arrival on Tuesday 6 May party

would leave Hong Kong that afternoon: if not, early on

Wednesday 7 May.
