I have offered him 5.00 pm on the afternoon of Thursday,

10 October, and 'he will be in then.

He explained that what he particularly wants is to up-date himself on "coming events by which he means visitors to and from his area, broadly defined /from the sub-continent

to Japan and China, and other trade and cultural manifestations, over the next year.

I shall be grateful for a brief note on any such.
