For general information about Britain COI produces an Information Pack consisting of a number of leaflets in an envelope: this is an inexpensive way of reaching

Here again there are a number of items which may be useful:

Bulletin Headings.Posts generally like to have a special bulletin heading for all press etc releases in connection with a Royal Visit. COI can produce either the printed bulletinheads

(in which case please state quantities required) or the necessary artwork for local printing. In either case COI would like a briefing on wording, colour and layout: are any colours particularly "taboo" ?

Press Kits.

Flags

Exhibits.

COI can provide plastic press kit wallets overprinted with the Royal Coat of Arms with a special caption. Would you need these? If so, how many? And what caption? It is often cheaper to have these produced locally.

Some posts ask for paper Union Flags for children lining the route. generally cheaper locally produced (air freight to, say, the Far East of Latin America is prohibitively expensive). Could you please advise?

Do you require the conductor's score and parts (brass band) of this? COI advise the official Kneller Hall version.

Is there any organisation (eg British Council, Anglo-XXXXX Chamber of Commerce) which might be intested in mounting a modest display about Britain and the Monarchy? CDI would be interested to hear.

FOLLOW-UP

as, indeed, FCO/COI would be interested to receive as many Press cuttings as possible after the Visit would Buckingham Palace. Usage reports about material placed in other media would also be of interest.
