ACETYLATING SUBSTANCES (CONTROL) REGULATIONS 1975

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of

the Acetylating Substances (Control) Ordinance 1975, the

Governor in Council has made the following regulations

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Acetylating

Substances (Control) Regulations 1975 and shall come into

operation on the commencement of the Acetylating Substances

(Control) Ordinance 1975.

Application for licence or permit.

2. (1) An application for a licence or permit

(a) be in writing, in such form; and

(b) contain such particulars,

as the Director may require.

(2) Within 14 days of the receipt of an application

for a licence or permit the Director may -

(a) issue the licence or permit; or

(b) give notice in writing to the applicant of his

refusal to issue the licence or permit.
