The discussions were mainly focused on the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation Although there was a general expressi of interest in the scheme for training youth leaders, er mention there was no specific examination of a research project into the field of drug addiction.
3. The Hong Kong Government have said that they will sound out the departments concerned with youth and
