meeting at Singapore in November 1974. I have recently been in correspondence with Chris Train, Head of the Drugs Branch. at the Home Office, about the Colombo Plan Drug Adviser and his mooted future programme. You may care to speak to him about it. He is aware of all the background.
Before the Commonwealth Secretariat embarks upon this venture, as a first step I would suggest that it gets in touch with other international agencies involved in this field of endeavour so that any action taken may be properly co-ordinated and wasteful duplication avoided.
I would be grateful for your further advice in
due course.
Yours sincerely,
Righ
Мотан Johman Rohale.
