Trawlers have departed from five known Thai ports:

PAK NAM, SAMUT SAKHON,

SAMUT SONG KHRAM, SONG KHLA AND BAN PAKONG.

Vessels then obtain visual

fix at 12 40 N7, 100-54E Sattahip

To

Island of HongPanjang 09-18N8, 103 38E4

Poulo OBT (Hon Khoai) 08-24N4

104-50E

Then To

Time from Hon Pajang to Poulo OBI is carefully kept.

If Poulo OBI

sighted, course is changed to 080T8. If Poulo OBI not sighted, course is

changed to 070T7 at time when vessel calculated to be directly South

of Poulo OBI.

From Poulo OBI course leads directly to Con Son Island 08-42N4

(Vietnam) must be sighted.

Then course of 055T0 or 060TO leading to Catwick Islands which also must

be sighted. Vessels will pass East of Con Son and Catwick Islands.

At this point two courses to Hong Kong.
