Dear Sir,

As members of Amnesty International we write to you concerning the 117 southvietnamese refugees that were brutally brought from Hong Kong the 16 of June this year, and now are detained on the island Con Son.

We like to remind you of the responsibility of the British Governement for the administration in Hong Kong, from where the refugees were delivered.

We urge you to exert all your power to see to that the 117 refugees get the mild treatment from the authorities in Saigon that they were promised, that thorough investigations of their present prisonstatus and of their charges are made.

Thanking you for your kind attention to our appeal, we remain,

Yours Sincerely,

As Nyman
