Dear Mr. Callaghan,

Streatham L. P. have recently passed

the following resolution: " This GMC strongly deplores the decision of Her Majesty's representative in

Hong Kong to deport the South Vietnamese refugees

back to Saigon to face certain mental and physical

torture. We would like to know what steps the

Government intends taking to stop any re-occurrence

of this scandalous position. "
