Conditions of Appointment for the office of Senior Commission Against Corruption Officer

(Non-pensionable)

1. Qualifications and

experience for appointment :

2. Duties:

Candidates should :

(i) preferably be over 35 years of

age;

(ii) preferably have a good general

education; however, greater emphasis will be placed on the extent of a candidate's working experience which preferably should cover one or more of the following fields: public administration, business management, accountancy, law, taxation, education,

architecture, electronics, engineering, company secretary- ship, press and public

relations, real estate develop- ment, transportation, shipping, the construction industry, social welfare, medicine, organization and methods.

Experience in Police or other methods of detection, surveillance and intelligence work would be an advantage.

(i) Operations Branch

Sub-divisional Head responsible to Assistant Director,

Operations Division, in one or more of the following fields :

(a) Investigation;

(b) Surveillance;

(c) Research;

(a) Intelligence;

(e) Civil processing,

(f) Criminal processing;

(g) Security;

(h) Targets,

(ii) Prevention and Administration

Branch

Sub-divisional Head responsible to Assistant Director, Prevention Division or Administrative

Division in one or more of the follo ring fields :

(a) Planning;

(b) Systems and procedures;
