2. Previously this year fir un has addressed petitions to a large number of important persons both in the UK and in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Colonial Secretariat have passed his letters and enclosures to the Independent Commission against Corruption and he has been informed of the correct procedure for petitioning the Decretary of State.
