passport was correct.

The Attorney General having examined information provided by this Department has decided that action should not be taken against

Prevention of Bribery Ordinance. His travel documents have therefore been handed back to him.

Consideration is now being given by the Secretary for the Civil Service to the possibility of disciplinary action being taken against
