We refer to the hearing of the above matter at Bow Street Magistrates Court yesterday, and as indicated, by Mr. A. Scrivener in court the document we require is a Memorandum signed by G.A.R. Wright-Nooth, the then Deputy Commissioner of Police (Administration) dated the 1st October 1970 in which the said G.A.R. Wright-Nooth stated that he was satisfied with

work as a Staff Officer.

We also repeat our request that the prosecution produce the file number CP/CON/183/25, the title of which is "Transfers Gazetted Rank ASP and SP".
