And whereas, by One other Act of Parliament paffed in the Seventh Year of the Re- a His prefent Majefty, intituled, An Act for regulating certain Procedings of the Geyeral Cisnerosi United Company of Merchants of England trading to the Falt Indies, it was enacted, That no ! dend fhould be made by the faid Company, for or in respect of any Time fubfequent to the wa ty-fourth Day of June, One thousand feven hundred and fixty-feven, otherwife than in puritate of a Vote or Refolution, paffed by way of Balloting,in a General Court of the faid Company, w xa ⚫ fhall have been fummoned for the Purpose of declaring a Dividend, and of the Meeting of wha
