With reference to minutes resting with yours of 20 November PDTD is content, on the understanding that the ministerial statement will not be making any reference to the Western Pacific, with the proposed general line of guidance indicated in paragraph 1 of Mr. Cormack's minute of 19 October suplimented with the final paragraph of the proposed telegram to OAGS enclosed with your minute of 19 November.
