I would like to suggest that, at the earliest appropriate opportunity, Mr Jackson might meet with the Heads of the Dependent Territories Geographical Departments for the purpose indicated in paragraph 2. It may be convenient for him to have a separate meeting with Mr Stuart on Hong Kong.
