PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS) (ANIMAL TRADERS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1974

Citation.

Amendment of

regulation 5.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3

of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance, the

Governor in Council has made the following regulations

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Public

Health (Animals and Birds) (Animal Traders) (Amendment)

Regulations 1974.

2. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is

(L.N.93/73.) amended by deleting paragraph (5) and substituting the

following new paragraph

"(5) The fee for a licence shall be 500 dollars

for each calendar year unless the licence is granted

after the 30th day of June in a year in which case

the fee shall be 250 dollars".

Explanatory Note

These regulations increase the fees to be paid

for a licence to carry on business as an animal trader.
