Mr. Blaker has asked me to thank you for your letter of 15 January enclosing a letter which you have received from Mr. and Mrs. Shaw of Knowles Fold, School Green, Thornton, Bradford, Yorkshire about the B.B.C. 4 radio programme on the import of wildlife from China into Hong Kong.

The questions raised by the B.B.C. programme are still under consideration. Meanwhile Mr. Blaker has asked me to say that he will send you a full reply as soon as possible.

I am returning Mr. and Mrs. Shaw's letter.
