GENERALISED SCHEME OF PREFERENCES
1.
We discussed on the telephone UKREP Brussels' telegram No 2310 in which Sir M Palliser recommended that the time had come to make an approach to the Community at Commissioner level on GSP. We agreed that this would be all right and could serve to complement the recent discussions Mr Denman and yourself had with the Commission on this subject.
