BRIEFS FOR LORD GORONWY-ROBERTS' VISIT TO HONG KONG

1.

Lord Goronwy-Roberts will be visiting Hong Kong from 11-17 January.

2. I postponed asking for briefs until Lord Goronwy-Roberts had had a chance to discuss with the Governor, who has been in London this week, what was required. I should now be grateful if responsible Departments would prepare briefs as shown on the attached list, to reach me if possible by close of play on Tuesday 31 December.
