Anguilla is still constitutionally part of the State of

St Christopher-Nevis-Anguilla but is administered directly by HMG for an interim period pending a review in 1974 of its political future and relations with St Kitts. A visiting mission to St Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla or to Anguilla alone would be most unwelcome at present.

We would have no objections to a visiting mission going to Antigua, Dominica, St Lucia and St Vincent provided their governments were consulted and agreed. It is highly unlikely that any of the Associated States would agree to a UN visit.
