Mr. J. D. McGregor, ISO, JP and Mr. W. C. Bell, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be Official Members of the Legislative Council with effect from 17th June 1974 during the absence of Mr. D. H. Jordan, MBE, JP and of Mr. D. W. McDonald, JP, respectively.

Mr. McGregor was first appointed as a provisional Member of the Legislative Council in April this year, and Mr. Bell, in January this year.
