Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth

Affairs, I appoint -

upon whom has been conferred the Territorial Decoration, Justice

of the Peace to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council of

Hong Kong from 16th October 1974 until 30th June 1976.
