Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint -
KENNETH WALLIS JOSEPH TOPLEY
Justice of the Peace to be an Official Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong from 16th October 1974 until 30th June 1976.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 16th October 1974.
