Please can you make the following corrections:

Paragraph 34 Delete the words after the semi colon. (Dr Hell

has said that he suggested building artificial reefs on the "Caicos" Banks, not on "Mouchoir" and "Silver").

Paragraph 49 MERC should be NERC (typing error).
