(a) that the Drug Addiction Treatment Centres

(Amendment) Bill 1973, at Annex A to the memorandum, be introduced into the Legislative Council; and

(b) that the Drug Addiction Treatment Centres

(Amendment) Regulations 1973, at Annex B

to the memorandum, be approved in principle, to be submitted to Honourable Members to be made after the bill has passed into law.
