The Council considered memorandum XCC(73)81. NKK 19/3

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

that the recommendations summarised in paragraph 2 of the memorandum be accepted subject to:

(a) the replacement of "Commission" in

paragraph 2(f) of the memorandum by "Secretariat";

(b) amendment of the proposed membership of

A.C.A.N. by:

(1) the replacement of the Solicitor

General by the Director of Social Welfare;

(ii) the membership of the Director of

Commerce & Industry being in his capacity as Commissioner of the Preventive Service.
