1. Michael Macoun has passed to me the attached copy of a letter from the "Study Centre for Criminology and Legal Medicine". I have agreed with him that it would not be appropriate for him to take any action on the letter but that I would send it on to you on a personal basis for any action you think fit.

2. We would obviously prefer that the "adviser" should not be told that his letter has reachedyou through us. But if you think investigations are called for, we would of course be interested to know the outcome.
