Sir Hugh has passed on to me your letter of the 9th March 1973 enclosing one from the "Study Centre for Criminology and Legal Medicine". well known to us as a persistent letter writer and an unsavory character.

in our Saving Despatch No. 23 of the 11th January 1972 and in Mike Clinton's letter CR 14/3371/58 of the 24th January 1972 in reply to Gaminara's letter HKK 18/2 of the 11th January 1972.

We do not normally take any action on letters from Vincent K except possibly to send the barest acknowledgement. In the present case I suggest just that or even no action at all.

It is typical of this individual that he refers to the confidential file which we have about him as if it were some kind of testimonial rather than a chronicle of his questionable activities over a period of years!
