Woo's Speech shows that the District Court (Amendment) Bill commanded the full support of unofficial members; and the press comments, although perhaps on occasion somewhat misdirected, at least make plain that Chinese opinion favours firm action having little time for Mr. Henry Litton and his colleagues.
