LUNCHEON FOR THE HONG KONG URBAN COUNCIL

Four members of the Hong Kong Urban Council will be visiting Britain in October on an FCO sponsored tour. The Urban Council is a more important body in the Hong Kong scene than its name might imply. Mr Royle would like to give the group lunch on 22 October. IAD have made a booking at Carlton Gardens. I should be grateful for your authority for expenditure for this lunch for about 24 people. Wives will not be included.
