DATES OF VISITS

(a) The Prime Minister will leave London, on 2 January,

arriving Peking on 4 January; he will visit Kunming

on 8/9 January, (?) Kweilin on 10 January and Shanghai

on 11/12 January He will fly from Shanghai to Hong Kong on 12 January, leaving Hong Kong on the evening of

14 January, arriving in London on the morning of

15 January.

COMPOSITION OF THE PARTY

The Prime Minister will travel to and from China in an

RAF VC 10 (Task No 1111). The flight schedules via Cyprus

and Gan, as known at present, are shown at Appendix II

(c) After the Prime Minister's arrival in Peking, the RAF VC 10
