Unless I have very much misjudged him he is unlikely to give us trouble in the sense that he will ask stupid, uninformed questions. He may well ask sensible questions to which I hope we can give. sensible replies.

In this connection you will be interested to hear we are about to go to Ex.Co. with a paper recommending we pay full real market values for land resumed outside layouts. When the paper issues I am sure you will be interested to get a copy and I shall arrange this.
