Just by way of supplementary information the two possibilities under consideration are:-

(a) that Dr John Kilgour, the Cvorseas Medical Adviser, should attend ;

(b) that a suitable member of our ligh Commission in Wellington be asked to cover the Conference;

I have put these two in descending order of preference but we cannot decide on either alternative until the financial problems involved have been fully worked out.
