All participants should be medioally examined and certified physically fit before leaving their home countries for Thailand. Governments should also make all necessary arrangements for passports, visas and vaccinations.
Participants should arrive in Bangkok on 2 December 1973 in order to ensure their presence at the opening of the course on 3 December.. Selected candidates will be given exact instructions on the arrangements for travel to Bangkok and where to report on arrival for information about lodging, eto.
