The Penty of Liberty and Domocracy was formed in August 1944 as a registered society with the declared aim of securing & parliamentary forn of Government in Hong Kong. It claise a menbership of only ten, but has in foot never had more than 3 regular members and has been inactire since 1965.
Unless I hear from you to the contrary I propose to aerenga for the Acting Choirnen of the Party Er. Diamond YAN Sik-man to be told verb- ally at low level that his telegran was reocived at the Prins Mánietor's office and that it was appreciated.
