1. I wonder if you would care to look at the penultimate sentence of paragraph 5 of your letter of 14 July to Mr D J C Jones in Hong Kong? Qught this not to read: "The International Shipping Federation is meeting the ITF on 1 August and will attempt to persuade the latter to alter their definition of a flag of convenience ship so that it relates to ships operated from flag of convenience countries as against the current definition of an FOC ship as being that of a ship owned by a company other than a company registered in the country of the flag?
